The journey toward true self is too daunting a task to be done solo. Without support, we lose energy and lose our way.
True self is so deeply hidden by years of conditioning, social norming, surviving, and striving. To find our way there, we need each other. We need each other to point out subtle cues, to help us see things that might seem irrelevant or uncomfortable or even painful. This requires a deep discernment that can only happen when we are in dialogue with a trusted tribe.
While our need to connect with others hasn’t changed, the method for getting these needs met has changed. We will be using social distancing as a way to disconnect from chaos and busyness and a way to reconnect with ourselves and others in a meaningful way. 100% online.
Inner Circles are curated, semi-structured coaching groups designed to help you do the following things:
We’ll do this by:
1. When will they meet?
All Inner Circles will be online and hosted via Zoom video conferencing. Once everyone has registered, I will personally curate the groups and work to coordinate schedules.
2. How long will they meet?
Groups will begin the week of March 30th and run 8 weeks, ending the week of May 20. Each group will be 60-minutes long.
3. What is the cost?
The cost is $200 for 8 weeks ($25/meeting) paid in full at registration.
4. Who are Inner Circles for?
While Inner Circles are not just focused on reducing stress during uncertain times, people who feel isolated and confused right now will find these groups especially helpful.
People who see this time as an opportunity to do a life re-evaluation and, possibly, a life reset. If you’re not interested in short-term fixes but see inner work as a long game, this is for you.
People who struggle with imposter syndrome and are ready to align their soul and role.
People who, for the most part, have a high degree of insight about themselves and their behaviors, but could use support and guidance to put their insight into action. You may be in a 1:1 helping relationship (with a therapist or coach), but you see the value in holding space for others in a group and learning from their stories.
People at a life or career crossroad. The path isn’t quite clear and they need a framework for understanding what to do next.
People who want to feel that spark of creativity in their life again.
5. What can I expect in an Inner Circle?
Each time we meet, I will present a short teaching or a reading that is relevant to our time together. It will set the tone for the hour together, but the discussions will be dictated by the needs of individuals in the group.
This isn’t your typical group. There will be some discussion and sharing, but also some silence. We will fill our time with conversation, but also reflection and deep listening to the ‘questions underneath the questions.’
